Start a New Order

How do you know what we want you to photograph?

Your order generated by our system will capture all of your information and instructions. We also ask for you to take a simple smartphone image to show any specific angles or views.

How long does it take?

Our standard turnaround is 3-5 business days. For additional fees, a 1-2 business day option is available.

What if we want revisions?

Not a problem. If you want changes that are different from the original agreed instructions, we are happy to help but there will be an additional cost. If we made a mistake from your original order then we will gladly re-shoot it free of charge.

Do you charge per-photo or per-product?

We charge per-photo. For example: if you have three (3) products and you want three (3) angles or views (photos) of each, then you will be ordering a total of nine (9) photos.

What size products can you photograph?

On average, up to 24 inches to a side and no more than 25 lbs. Just ask us about oversized items, and we’ll be happy to give you a quote.

How do we get started with our order and payment?

Start by selecting one of the packages we offer and fill out the web form. You choose your add-ons as you are building the order. Once you get your digital proofs and approve them, make your payment. We accept all standard payment methods including PayPal. We then send your final digital files via a download link in email. Since you approve your images before you pay for them, all sales are final. Upon payment, all rights are transferred to you.

What technical services are included in the basic cost?

Basic color-corrections, and cropping are included in your final images. For each product shot photo we will provide you with two (2) final versions: a full resolution JPEG and a web-ready JPEG.

What add-ons are available? *

The following add-ons are available, and their costs are shown on the products:

  • shoot a second angle while the product is set-up for the initial shot;
  • “cleaning-up” product, removing basic scratches, UPC codes, or labels;
  • silhouetting product;
  • solid color background of your choice;
  • simple lifestyle prop;
  • request for RAW uncompressed files;
  • request for GIF of a single image.
  • request for video clips.

*Add-ons must be chosen when you place your order. Each add-on is an 

additional cost. Other add-ons quoted upon request.

Do you offer any other services that are not listed here on the site?

Yes! We can help you with many other options such as styling, models, mannequins for clothing shots, video, GIFs, infographics, and others. Just send us a message and we’ll happily give you a quote.

How do you deliver my finished photos?

Delivery is via a secure transfer server. We email you a link with a unique password, and you download your files directly from the server. We store your images on our server for future viewing and download at no additional charge for 30 days.

What kind of license comes with the images?

Upon receipt of your final payment, you are free to use the image(s) for your marketing and advertising needs. You cannot re-sell the image(s) to a third party.

Do we get the product back?

Yes! There are two choices: we can return the product to you in the same packaging and via the same method that you sent it to us originally, or we can donate your product to charity for you.

Is all photography done in the USA?

Yes, 100% of the shooting takes place in our studio located in Virginia, USA. We pride ourselves on applying a high degree of craft to all your images, giving you the very best results.
